Water, as we all know, is the best way to keep your body hydrated. But little kids don’t always accept to drink plain water. One of the ideas that I’m recently using with my youngest is to determine a time to drink water. Because we are a family and older siblings are good influences, I ask my older kids for that mission. So at different times during the day we say: "it's time to drink water!!” and everyone goes to drink a full cup of water ( in different sizes).
Another idea that I have is just add to the water some slices of fruits such as berries or cucumbers.
