If I could give my younger self advice about parenting it would be to master the skill of "having patience."
Having patience is key, especially being a first time single mom to twins. I would advise myself to ask for help and to allow my village to help. Needing help doesn't change the GREAT mother that you are. I would tell my younger self to try breastfeeding just one more time and enjoy the ride because time flies fast.
